What equipment do you use?

 

I endorse Le Fay Basses since 2013. My mane instrument is a Herr Schwarz 5HL.

I have quite a few other instruments, but the Le Fay is the one I play most.

I endorse TecAmp Bass Player's Gear (Puma 300 Amp and XS112 Classic Cabinet).

I endorse Pirastro Strings since 2014 (E-Bass Pirazzi). Fantastic sound and playability.

 

 

 

What effects pedals do you use?

 

I use Boss (GR-55, Harmonist PS-6), Electro Harmonix (Freeze and 2880 Looper), EBS Ocatabass Studio Edition and Tc Electronic Alter Ego Delay.

 

 

 

Do you use different tunings on the bass? How many?

 

I use a lot of different tunings! Changing the tuning is one of the quickest, simplest and most effective ways to expand the tonal palette and musical possibility of an instrument. 

I just tune the instrument to whatever seems best for the musical situation of the moment.
